Refund policy

If you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in fully resale-able condition (undamaged, complete with original tags attached and original packing) along with your receipt within 30 days for a refund. Please complete the returns form as instructed on our website https://occhio.cc/pages/delivery-returns-exchange. However, for refunds, only the cost of the goods will be refunded. You will need to pay the return carriage costs to us.

Card and PayPal refunds will be made on the first working day after we have received the item(s) back and pending the condition of the goods returned. If the returned item(s) are not in a resale-able condition, then we will have to return to the sender's address.
