This is a game changer when it comes to damage limitation both during and following a crash for a pro team rider, because it significantly limits the usual damage to skin that comes with unfortunate, but often inevitable crashes. The technology allows the rider to sleep better and recover faster, and the rider has a far better chance of continuing the race with less pain and stiffness.
