RETURNS AND EXCHANGE

We are committed to selling high-quality products and hope you will get hours of enjoyment using them. However, we also realise that for one reason or another, you may need to exchange or return something you’ve bought. We don’t however send out returns and exchange forms with your order, so please download and complete our RETURNS FORM HERE. Occhio won’t accept any items back without a returns form.

Returns for stocked items: Occhio will only accept returned items for refund or exchange (excluding postage) that are returned in new, fully resaleable condition (undamaged, complete with original tags attached and original packing) within 30 days. Returned garments must not have been used or worn, apart for when trying on. If you wish to exchange your item for a different size simply complete the returns form as instructed on the download, indicating which size you require. If we do not have your size in stock, we will contact our supplier and have one sent to us within days. If the item is no longer available from our suppliers, we can either offer another item or issue a refund.

Should your purchase prove faulty in any way however, Occhio and our suppliers will take responsibility for the fault based upon on assessment of the product for mis-use, fair wear and tear, or genuine manufacturing fault, and we will refund you accordingly.

Returns for Custom orders: All custom products are custom made for you and Occhio does not, as a matter of policy, hold stocks of any club's custom kit for the purposes of exchange. An excellent size guide is provided on our custom pages, and it is important that the team or club member takes responsibility for reading this.

Occhio cannot take responsibility for incorrectly selected sizes. Everyone is unique, so if you have any sizing queries or you find the size guide provided doesn’t give you the information you need, then please contact your team or club, who may have been provided with a selection of sized samples should you wish to try a product before you purchase. Please check with your team or club. Should your product order not fit, and your team or club are unable to facilitate a swap, or do not hold stock, then Occhio can potentially add a revised product order to the next scheduled production run.

Should a product from your custom order prove faulty in any way however, then Occhio will take responsibility for the fault and on assessment of the product for mis-use, fair wear and tear, or genuine manufacturing fault, and then refund you accordingly.

We recommend Royal Mail recorded delivery for your returns, as we cannot accept liability for items that are damaged or lost in the post. Please keep proof of postage.

If the returned item is proved to be incorrectly manufactured or faulty, Occhio will refund the costs of returning. Our size charts of stock items are a very good guide and are used worldwide by our suppliers, so we cannot offer a postage refund if you have selected the wrong size.

Also please ensure you have paid the correct postage for the returned item. If insufficient postage is paid, we will have to refuse the return and ask the Royal Mail to return it to the sender's address.

REFUNDS

If you’re not totally satisfied with your purchase*, you may return the item(s) in fully resaleable condition (undamaged, complete with original tags attached and original packing) along with your receipt within 30 days for a refund. Please complete the returns form as instructed on the download. However, for refunds, only the cost of the goods will be refunded. You will need to pay the return carriage costs to us.

*This applies to stocked items only, and not custom team or club items.

Card and PayPal refunds will be processed on the first working day after we have received the item(s) back and pending the condition of the goods returned and the speed at which the refund arrives with you is determined by Shopify’s refund process. If the returned item(s) are not in a resaleable condition, then we will have to return the product to the sender's address.
