Jack Hutchens
After a successful junior sporting career, Jack put this behind him and went to university to train as a paramedic. However, after graduating he wasn’t done with the dream of becoming a professional triathlete and his career in 2022 took off to great acclaim.
Jack works as a RNLI lifeguard and lives on the North Devon coast. He mixes his part time work hours with training hours and the RNLI are very supportive of his career. With Jack now an Occhio ambassador, this page is here to help support Jack’s career, and any sales generated following your visit to Occhio.cc via this page will generate funds that will go “back to Jack”.
“After graduating I committed everything to triathlon, working jobs which fit in best around a 25 hour per week training schedule. Progress wasn’t linear, but 6 years on I’ve made it to the professional ranks, and now I feel as though I am just getting started. 2022 has seen a massive jump in my performance where I had a pro podium in my debut season at this level.”
